families/caregivers and act as a consistent contact
person to answer families’ questions/concerns regarding:
o DDBP services
o Community resources
o Insurance/financial resources
o Transportation
o School
o Parent Needs
• Offer family-to-family support and guidance
• Help families in developing an individualized plan of action:
o Identifying families’ strengths
o Developing action-oriented goals
